The staff were efficient and amiable and the facilities were good. The breakfast food was excellent and reasonably-priced.

Good breakfast, there's a nice variety of tasty food and drinks available. It's conveniently situated near Playa du Borro beach, with a beautiful coastline to enjoy and the sea not far away 🏖️.

Lovely meals. Nice touristic places like playa de borizu were near to the hotel. Vacation base for a city break in Barro.

The place was lovely and friendly and restaurant was average. The rooms where big with Seaview, balcony, for example as described. The atmosphere created was comfortable. The location of the hotel was stunning - at a short distance from Playa de Troenzo. Also, the area was good.

Great location right on the beach, make sure you ask for a sea view room. The room was clean & comfortable, but perhaps ready for an update. Hotel reception staff very helpful.

We stayed on a half board basis. There was little choice at breakfast & generally it was of a poor standard. The evening meal did include wine & water, but again it was just about acceptable. We probably would stay at the hotel again, but only beacuse of the location.

It was a pleasure to watch -and listen to- the ocean from our large and comfortable room.

The Hotel Kaype - Quintamar is a gem of a find. The first thing that struck us was the unbeatable location. Situated right on the beach of Playa du Borro, it was like stepping out into paradise each morning. The sandy beach, the rock pools, and the waves were just a few steps away from the hotel. The view from our room was breathtaking, with a large balcony that provided the perfect spot to soak in the beauty of the surroundings. The hotel itself had a charming, outdated maritime style, which added to its unique character. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that all our needs were met.

I recently had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. One of the highlights was definitely the location, as it is situated right on the beach of Playa du Borro. The views were simply breathtaking, and I couldn't have asked for a better spot to relax and soak up the sun. The hotel itself had a charming, outdated maritime style, which added to its unique character. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I particularly loved having a large balcony to enjoy the views. The facilities were also very good, with a flat-screen TV and reliable Wi-Fi. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious, with a good variety of options and excellent croissants.

No complaints, everything was just perfect.

The location is superb with plenty of free carparking.The terrace bar serves a reasonable selection of drinks and snacks. The staff were helpful and tried hard despite limited English spoken

Beautiful beach and views from the room. Enjoyed the local food offered in their restaurant, especially the fresh seafood dishes. Key location near many attractions made it easy to explore the area.

The room wasn't cleaned properly and had a strange odor. the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, which made Christmas at the hotel a disappointing experience.
